Due to increased questions on the deposit process, I decided to add this page.
When you actually speak to me, and you decide you want a pup and I decide I will sell you one, if the pup is not old enough to go home at that point, you must place a deposit to hold it. I will place a deposit pending next to the pup you want and will wait until you send the deposit to me. I would appreciate it greatly if you get the deposit to me as soon as possible. If you live farther away, I would recommend next day or 2 to 3 day mail at post office. If I have not received the deposit with in 5 days of you saying you are going to mail it, I will make the puppy available again. Five days is plenty of time to send a deposit.
The deposit amount is $150. No I will not take $100 or $50. No I can not hold a puppy for you with out a deposit. This deposit lets me know you are serious about a puppy and is NONREFUNDABLE. Please make sure you want the puppy. This is a life that will depend on you for the next 12 to 15 years. I will not refund the deposit just because you change you mind and decide the time is not right and you don't need a dog right now.
I take deposits by Postal or Walmart money order. I will not take checks for deposits anymore. It only took one person to ruin this. Folks, a puppy is a long term committment. And you know if you can afford one or not.
Upon pick up, I require cash in full upon pick up of puppy. No exceptions.
The deposit must accompany the filled out and signed agreement.
Please call me before you decide to mail a deposit. I try to update my website regularly, but I do speak with 5 to 10 people a day and may have agreed to take a deposit that is not listed.
